The price advertised is based upon a 12 month stay, with advanced payments for each quarter (3 months) of your tenancy.

Can you pay greater advances? Well that’s good for us, so let’s make it good for you too. Payments can be made every 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The further in advance you pay, the less you pay per month.

Looking for less than a 12 month commitment? Well that’s fine too. We offer 1, 3, 6 and 12 months contracts on all our properties. The longer you stay, the cheaper we can offer it to you.
